MTLL Sends 9 teams to participate in the Little League World Series. Coaches are selected and they invite players to join the MTLL district team. This is similar to sending an “All-Star Team”. We do not hold open tryouts for these teams. If you are interested you should send the Manager an email expressing your interest. You must attend a school or live in the district. 

Some costs are covered by MTLL. This is extremely competitive! Teams may be announced as early as June 1st. Players nominated should expect daily practices the 2 weeks prior to their tournament dates and possibly a local weekend tournament in May and June to prepare. Various forms are needed for each player.  A reminder if a player already has a Tournament verification form with proof’s from previous years, they don’t need a new one unless they have moved or change schools.

1. Tournament Verification formed, signed by all responsible parties (The DA needs to review the birth certificate but it will be returned.  NO COPIES of birth certificates will be carried by the team anymore)
