TEE BALL (AGES 4-5)
Ages: 4 & 5 Tee Ball Baseball is for boys and girls 4-5 years old who want to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. In Tee Ball, players hit a ball off a batting tee. The primary goals of Tee Ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. Tee-ball rosters may be composed of between 12 and 14 players. No live pitching is permitted in this division. The diamond used is a 50-foot diamond.

Note to parents: Tee Ball season starts a bit after the other divisions, so expect things like hearing from your coach, team assignments, etc. to lag a bit behind when it comes to Tee Ball. This is normal. Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved in this introduction level of Little League.

COACH PITCH (AGES 6-7) Non-Competitive
Ages: 6 & 7 Players bat against "live" pitching thrown by one of the team's coaches from a distance of 40', we believe that hitting live pitching, rather than a pitch thrown by a machine, ultimately leads to better-hitting development by teaching players to hit balls thrown in different locations at varying speeds. The objectives of the non-competitive Coach Pitch Division are to teach first-time players the rules of baseball, improve their basic skills, teach teamwork and sportsmanship, and to have fun. The coach pitches to their own batters. Total score and standings are not kept.

A higher priority is placed on playing with friends, neighbors, and school associations. Rosters may be composed of between 12 and 14 players. Games will be on 2 of the 3 days offered, depending on your selected days.  Note to parents: Coach Pitch season starts a bit after the other divisions, so expect things like hearing from your coach, team assignments, etc. to lag a bit behind when it comes to Coach Pitch. This is normal. Parents are strongly encouraged to become involved in this introduction level of Little League.
